2. Complete form.
3. Make a non refundable payment of N10,000 for admission form to:

4. Bring your deposit slip and completed form to the school office at Plot 1-5 Pastor Olu Olusakin Avenue, Alaguntan, Ajah, Ilaje Bus Stop, Lekki-Ajah express way, Lagos State.

2. Upload your deposit slip showing proof of payment of N10,000 for admission form made to:
